Winter Water Polo
@Alhambra High School for 5th -8th graders
Start getting ready for high school water polo and swimming. The potential for success in water polo and swimming at AHS over the next few years is significant with early training. We want to help make it happen!
Egg beater, ball control, dribbling, passing, shooting, and basic offense & defense. Lots of full pool scrimmage time is the goal in Winter Water Polo! We will teach the skills players will need on a high school water polo team. Winter water polo will also help MCST swimmers get ready for spring and summer swimming.
Water Polo Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, January 10th - February 3rd 5:15-6:30 PM

The MCST coaches are excited to get back into the pool and we invite swimmers to participate in Spring Conditioning at Alhambra High School.
Spring Conditioning will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from March 7th until April 15th (5 weeks long, no practice the first week of April).

Swimmers who have swam competitively before and are swimming with MCST in 2022 are eligible to sign up for spring conditioning. Swimmers who were in the Little Otter program in 2021 should consult with Keelan to see if they are ready for spring swim.
