Come join Rainier Foothills Swim Team at the Enumclaw Aquatic Center. Meet and be instructed by the RFST swim coaches. Find out about RFST’s philosophy to competitive swimming. Meet some of the current RFST swimmers (maybe you already know some).

RFST is a swim program, which is parent organized, coach run, and community oriented. Through the contribution of supportive parents/guardians, hired, trained coaches and a supportive community, RFST’s aim is to provide the opportunity for young people to experience personal and social success within a safe aquatic environment.

You do not need to have any competitive experience to participate, though we ask that swimmers be at a Youth 5 swimming level or with Coach Permission.

RFST currently offers four different programs (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum); each designed to meet the needs of specific types of swimmers.

Bronze:   For younger, newer swimmers in their first years of recreational club & competitive swimming. The coaching focus is on instruction and is very technique-oriented. Emphasis on teaching the four competitive strokes in a comfortable, fun environment.

Silver:  A program for swimmers who have demonstrated consistent mastery of basic stroke fundamentals, starts, and turns, and are ready to learn more advanced technique concepts. Introduction to conditioning and racing skills accompanies continued emphasis on improving stroke technique (while having fun!).

Gold:  This program is for swimmers who have demonstrate consistent mastery of stroke fundamentals who are ready for more conditioning and competitive emphasis. Our coaching staff puts a specific focus on racing technique, endurance conditioning, race strategy, and goals attainment.

Platinum: This program is for swimmers who have demonstrate consistent mastery of stroke fundamentals who are ready for more conditioning and competitive emphasis. Our coaching staff puts a specific focus on racing technique, endurance conditioning, race strategy, and goals attainment.
