Satoko Azami Kightlinger
Former member of the Japanese National Rhythmic Gymnastics team for 15 years. 9 years of rhythmic gymnastics instruction for children and youth in all levels. Worked with children in Japan, Syria, and India for performance and competitive rhythmic training. Tokyo Women’s College of Physical Education graduate. USAG Professional Member and level 3-6 Compulsory and Group Judge.
Trained for 9 years in the Ukraine and 2 years in the United States. She represented Lviv, a state in the Ukraine, in the Ukranian National Championships for 3 years. She competed in international level Individual and Group competitions across Eastern Europe. Junior Olympics competitor for Advanced Group and Individuals. USAG Professional Member. Coaching with ORG since 2014. Student at Oakland University.
Trained in Vaganova Technique for over 15 years and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Alma College, where she was given the opportunity to perform leading roles in Alma and also Tainan, Taiwan. She has been teaching classical ballet, jazz, and contemporary since 2014 and has choreographed several musicals for Novi High School. She is a USAG Professional Member. Coaching with ORG since 2014.
