Former member of the Japanese National Rhythmic Gymnastics team for 15 years. 9 years of rhythmic gymnastics instruction for children and youth in all levels. Worked with children in Japan, Syria, and India for performance and competitive rhythmic training. Tokyo Women’s College of Physical Education graduate. USAG Professional Member and level 3-6 Individual and Group Judge.
12 years of rhythmic training and coaching in Russia. Experience coaching different levels of gymnasts, helping them master their technique, flexibility, strength, conditioning and ballet. USAG Professional Member. 15 years of experience working with children in different spheres of education.
Oakland Rhythmic Gymnastics competitive athlete for 11 years. 2 time Junior Olympic Group medalist. 9 time Michigan State Meet Individual and Group champion. Trained and competed regionally, nationally, and internationally. Two year Level 9 competitor. ORG coach since 2017. USAG Professional Member.
Trained in both Vaganova and Cecchetti methods of ballet. Graduated with her B.F.A in Dance and Theater from Alma College. Summer intensives with Eisenhower Dance, Nashville Ballet, and the School of Classical Ballet in Reggio Emilia, Italy. Danced for four seasons with Arova Contemporary Ballet and is currently dancing with Ballet Edge
