Introduction to Swimming
This is our entry level group. An athlete need not be able to swim to enter this group.

This program introduces swimmers to different strokes and breathing techniques, and prepares them for competitive style of swimming. This is an entry level group to the swim club and is the perfect transition from swimming lessons to competitive swimming.

Junior Competitive
The goal of the Junior program is to teach the basics of the 4 competitive swimming strokes and the skills necessary to progress into the competitive meets. Dryland activities are introduced at this level. Skill development is the general goal of this group.

Workout Days/Times: Tuesday and Thursday 4:45- 6:00
Intermediate Competitive
This level offers the swimmer the opportunity to focus on technique, skill and endurance at a competitive level. The goal of the Intermediate competitive program is to help each swimmer achieve their highest potential in swimming, from finishing a race for the first time all the way up to Provincial meets

Workout Days/Times:Tuesday and Thursday 5:00-6:30pm
Senior Competitive
This level of competitive swimming increases both the dryland and pool time training sessions. Swimmers will identify personal goals with the coaches and should be committed to achieving them. They should enjoy the challenge of training and competing. They will learn how to “RACE”, including mental preparation, race strategy, nutrition and self-discipline. Swimmers will take on a greater role in goal setting, team leadership and mentoring the young swimmers.
