Officiating

Volunteering as an official with SBSC can be very rewarding. You get to contribute to the fair functioning of official swim meets for our kids, and you also have poolside access to the whole event. As an official, you represent our club by acting as a positive role model to promote fair play, objective judging and good sportsmanship. This lets you help determine what kinds of athletes our kids will become as a result of their involvement with SBSC. When you volunteer on deck with the other parents and officials in our group, it strengthens our entire club.

Please contact SBSC Chair of Officials Dustin LindenSmith if you would like to volunteer as an official. We will welcome your involvement and arrange for whatever training you require.
