Why do we fundraise?
Our primary revenue sources are monthly training fees and hosting swim meets. These two revenue streams don’t consistently cover all of our annual expenses. An annual fundraiser is necessary to provide the financial security and stability we need to ensure all of our operating costs are covered.
Why Bingo Night?
Fundraisers in the past have included selling food and/or merchandise, a silent auction, swim-a-thons, and a raffle. Some have been very labor intensive for our parents, others have had limited participation.
Last year’s BINGO Night provided a fun balance of participation and value for our parents and guests. Because of the success of last year’s event, we are excited to offer all the fun in a new, central location with easy access throughout all of Northwest Arkansas.
Can my swimmers attend?
No one loves our swimmers more than we do! However, alcohol will be served, and this is a gaming event regulated by Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration. Because of these considerations, swimmers should have other arrangements for the evening.
How do I pay for tickets?
Simply download a free QR Reader app to your smartphone. Scan the QR code on the front of the ticket to be taken to our secure payment page in the HawgShop.
Visit www.hawgshop.org and select BINGO Night to purchase tickets. Please include ticket numbers in the box at checkout so your ticket can be activated.
Mail check to RAC, PO Box 7062, Springdale, AR 72766. Please include the ticket number on your check.
TEAM ACCOUNT (available for team members only):
To have your team account billed for tickets, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your ticket numbers. Your account will be billed $50 for each ticket.

How should we dress for Bingo Night?
You will love this casual event – jeans are the perfect attire!
What is included in my $50 ticket?
Your ticket includes dinner, beer and wine (no cash bar – it’s all included!), and one bingo card per game. Additional jackpot cards will be sold for $5. Grill Master Chad McMains will prepare brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken breast, along with an assortment of sides and desserts.
What do I need to bring?
State alcohol laws require our bartenders to see proof of age. If you plan to order beer or wine, please bring your photo ID. Jackpot games cards will be sold for $5 per card if you would like to purchase them. And outstanding bartenders always appreciate tips!
Can I sponsor a game? Or be an event sponsor?
YES! A Game Sponsorship is $200 and includes two event tickets, one Bingo game named for your family or business, and recognition during the sponsored game. Please go here to purchase your game sponsorship. You will be contacted to provide promotional information.
