Assistant Head Coach Luis Dapat
Hi I’m Luis. I swam competitively for 11 years in the Philippines where I competed in national and university level. During my third and fourth year in university, I was the co-captain and captain, respectively. I coached at all level of swimming.
My main stroke was backstroke, but I generally swam well in most sprint events. My favourite workouts include 200 IM sets. My least favourite workouts were 5K runs.
I’ve taught swimming to a lot of kids in different levels, but coaching a swim team has always been a passion of mine.
I am looking forward this seasson to help you all reaching your goals in swimming.
