Our Non-Profit

Our Mission:  Nancy and Chris believe that every child should have access to a local swim lessons. Through their non-profit organization Swim Jax, they raise funds to help give away $20,000 in scholarships every year.

Fund Raising Events:  Each year the Swim Jax organization raises funds through events and community support.

  • Our swim team holds an annual Swim-A-Thon and collects donations for swimming and meeting their goal increments.
  • Dive In Movies are held throughout the year to support our scholarship fund. The community is invited to swim, eat and watch an outdoor movie.
  • Jaguars Tickets - through the Jacksonville Jaguar Give and Go community fundraising program, we are able to participate in selling Jaguar game tickets for a discounted price and raising money for our scholarship fund.

Scholarships:  Through our non-profit organization Swim Jax, we are able to give swimming scholarships to families in need. We give partial and full scholarships as needed. Your child's scholarship can be applied to swim lessons or swim team.

To inquire about scholarships please email Chris Oliver at chris@splashjax.com.

Each year $20,000 is given in swimming scholarships. You can receive your scholarship as long as you are continuing in your lessons or team. At times we may have a wait list for scholarships, and if you stop our program and then re-enter you may have to be on the wait list to receive the scholarship again. Scholarships are managed on a first come first serve basis. We give them to low income families as well as middle income families with financial need. All scholarship arrangements are worked out on an individual basis.

How To Donate:  Swim Jax welcomes donations throughout the year. We offer recognition to partners who donate at the following levels -

  • $500 - Your company Banner is kept at our pool for one year. Your company logo is listed on our website as a partner.
