Here are a few things to know about how our club utilizes our team site for all communications and information sharing:
REGISTRATION GUIDE AND FEE SCHEDULE
When you are registered, you will be sent a password with log in instructions for our website. This password will give you access to parts of our site that are not available to non-members. You will be able to check your account balance here, sign up for swim meets on our website, as well as have access to all of the information about the club.
On the 1st of each month an email will go out to all members to let them know that training fees have been billed to accounts and when payment on the account is due. To view your account, click on “my invoices/payments” on the left hand side of the home page and then look at the balance in the “account balance” column. You will be able to look at your account balance online and then you can send in payment. There are bookkeeper files at Madison pool and Shoreline pool which can be used to drop off payments. Check and cash payments only - credit card payments are not accepted at this time.
There is a lot of information about entering meets, what our club policies are, contact information, work share information, etc. on this website. Please take some time to go thru all the tabs on the site to find answers to any of your questions, and to learn more about the club. There are pool parents at each pool as well that can help you if you have any questions (see committee contacts under the resources tab for pool parent contact information).
If you have any questions for your swimmer’s coach, they would love to hear from you. You can email them or talk with them before or after practice.
