Please see below for the different payment plans available for the 2018-2019 season. We have tried to create a few different options that might help with the finance issues. Please read through each option to see which one fits you best. Once you choose which plan fits you best, you will sign a commitment form for the entire season. The commitment form will be specific to the plan you choose at the time of registration. PLEASE NOTE THE ONLY PLAN THAT DOES NOT COMMIT YOUR SWIMMER FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON IS THE SESSION OPTION. All other plans you are financially responsible for the entire year even if your swimmer chooses to quit. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Shamrock fees may be paid online on our website through Paypal. No Checks will be accepted.

Plan 3 is our way of helping out the multi-sport swimmers. We understand that some kids prefer to do multiple sports. However, just as swimming takes a lot of time, other sports do as well. In an effort to help out with financial planning and busy families, we have created a payment plan based on sessions. We have broken the year into six sessions and a swimmer can take a few sessions “off”. If your swimmer plays fall soccer for example and has a conflict with swimming at Shamrock, you would simply take session one off and you will not be responsible for a tuition payment. Please note that this does not include any additional fees (please see “additional fees” section below). PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PAYMENT PLAN IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY ELITE TEAM MEMBERS. Please see below for our session costs. The first five sessions are eight week sessions and the last session is an six week session. If you choose to take a session off you will be required to fill out and return a form informing us of your decision.
Session 1 9/3 – 10/29 $465
Session 2 10/30 – 12/24 $465
Session 3 12/25 – 2/18 $465
Session 4 2/19 – 4/22 $465
Session 5 4/23 – 6/17 $465
Session 6 6/18 - 7/31 $348
FAMILIES OF 3 OR MORE
Plan 4 is our way of helping out the financial burden of families with 3 or more children on the team. Families will pay a flat rate for each additional child. This year that fee is $250 tuition for the entire season, $100 Team Fee and $78 USA registration fee. $428 Total billed over 10 months. This does not include meet fees or team apparel or equipment. These items will be billed separately.
Colligate Swimmers: College swimmers are always welcome back at SSC. We invite all college swimmers to practice and to compete at USS meets as well. We know that these young adults have busy schedules and can’t commit to a practice schedule. We want them to have a place to swim to stay in shape for their college programs so we have instituted the “pay as you go” program. It is simple. When you come to a practice, you pay a $10 drop in fee. Another option is to pay $250 for the year (summer vacation and winter break). The only stipulation is they have to be registered with USS under the name Shamrock Swim Club. This $78 registration fee must be received prior to the first swim practice.
BILLING AND ADDITIONAL FEES
We will continue using the Team Unify billing system. This combined with our Paypal payment system will streamline billing. We will have electronic records of all payments so that we may better serve you. The system will create an invoice on the first of the month and bill you accordingly based on which payment plan you choose. Any charges, such as meet fees, that have occurred during the month will be listed on your account. Any customer can log on at any time and check their account balance. Any charges will be documented with a date and information on the charge so the customer can clearly see what the charge pertains to. This will help eliminate confusion in billing. Each customer only has one account, even if there is more than one child. Everything is rolled in to one account. This will avoid the confusion of what is owed. Shamrock Swim Club and Shamrock elite will be required that each account keep a $-100 balance in the account. We are required to send a check to the meet director immediately upon entry. This negative balance will allow us to pay the meet director. This point is non-negotiable even for swimmers not attending any meets. These monies will also be used to pay for any caps used in practice or meets. Any account with a positive balance as of the 20th of the month will automatically be billed a $35 late fee. This late fee is automatic. Any Account with a positive balance at the 30th of the month may be suspended. Any account with a positive balance will not be entered in a meet or allowed to represent Shamrock in a meet until the account is brought current. All payments must be received by the dates listed or your child may not be allowed to swim. Please remember that all payments will be made on Paypal. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please note that your child’s position on SSC is being reserved, therefore, ALL tuitions are non-refundable for any reason.
The following additional fees are not included in the tuition: There is a mandatory $78 United States Swimming registration fee. This fee must be paid yearly to maintain membership in USS. This also ensures that SSC is covered under the USS insurance policy. There is a yearly club registration fee of $100. These fees must be included in the first payment.
