Volunteer Jobs

Welcome to all of our fabulous Fox Point Fintastics Families!!

Approximately 24 hours after you register, you will receive an email from this site which will notify you that you are eligible to sign up for your volunteer jobs. Your child’s registration will not be complete until you have signed up for the required number of volunteer jobs.

Please remember that the minimum number of jobs for the regular swimming season is 6 untrained or 5 trained. There is an additional requirement to volunteer if you have a swimmer who participates in Finals on August 3rd. This will be coordinated as Finals approaches. Also keep in mind that if you have not met the requirement of 6 untrained jobs/5 trained jobs for the regular season (after any swaps or changes have been made throughout the season), your swimmer may not be eligible to swim at Finals.

What to do the day of the meet….. Our Meet Coordinator will be at the entrance to the pool area one half hour prior to the start of a meet, home or away, for you to check in and receive your name/assignment badge. Any additional instructions will be given at that time. If you are arriving after the start of the meet and still need to check in, please find the Meet Coordinator immediately upon arriving at the pool.

Your registration will be complete once your fees have been paid and you have selected the required number of jobs.
