Senior Performance Team

This group is for all high school, college, and age group swimmers age 13 and up that compete in local meets to top level state meets and national meets.

  • Workouts are 6 days per week for 2 hours on Monday through Friday from 4:30 to 7 PM.
  • Saturday morning workouts from 6 to 8:30 AM.
  • Weekday mornings are also available from 6 to 8 AM when school is out.
  • Dryland strength training available Monday through Friday at 4:30 PM.
  • Workout attendance required 5 workouts per week minimum.
