Junior Performance Team

  • This group is for age group swimmers that compete on a state wide level.
  • Ages 8 to 14.
  • Workouts are scheduled 6 days per week for on Monday through Friday from 4:30 to 7 PM.
  • Morning workouts on Monday through Friday from 6 to 8 AM when school is out.
  • Saturday morning workouts from 6-8 AM.
  • Workout attendance required at least 5 days per week including Saturday mornings.
  • Dryland strength training on Monday through Friday at 4:30 PM.
  • Advancement to this group is by coach recommendation only.
