- This group is for age group swimmers that compete on a state wide level.
- Ages 8 to 14.
- Workouts are scheduled 6 days per week for on Monday through Friday from 4:30 to 7 PM.
- Morning workouts on Monday through Friday from 6 to 8 AM when school is out.
- Saturday morning workouts from 6-8 AM.
- Workout attendance required at least 5 days per week including Saturday mornings.
- Dryland strength training on Monday through Friday at 4:30 PM.
- Advancement to this group is by coach recommendation only.
