Non-competitive fun program is a prelude to swimming technique. All sessions are 45-minutes in length, with choices of 3, 2, or 1 session(s) per week. There are 3 swimesters a year: FALL, WINTER, SPRING.
The 2018-19 DISCOVERY year is divided into three 12-week swimesters: FALL, WINTER & SPRING
First competitive swimming begins, stroke construction/correction, and adaptive physical conditioning.
Developmental 1: Practices 4 times x 75 minutes per week
Developmental 2: Practices 3 times x 60 minutes per week
Developmental 3: Practices 2 times x 45 minutes per week
Competitive swimming, stroke perfection, aerobic and strength conditioning. Junior 1 swimmers achieve GA qualifying times.
Junior 1: Practices 6 times x 90 minutes per week
Junior 2: Practices 5 times x 90 minutes per week
Swimmers are prepared for high school competition, GA Age-Group/Sr. State competition.
Practices 8 times x 120 minutes per week
Achieve a Sr. Sectional cut; swim with High Performance
Practices 10 times x 120 minutes per week
By invitation, athletes swim at the highest level at mandatory double sessions.
