Swim Groups

Simon Fraser Aquatics offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of SFA to offer age, and ability, specific training for all of our athletes. Swimmers are challenged individually to develop to the best of their abilities at an appropriate rate of development.

Daily practice includes technical development of all 4 strokes, individual medley, and all distances from 50 meter sprint trough 1500 meter distance.
