We have a block of rooms reserved at the Twin Peaks Lodge and Hot Spring: 

I have set up a room block for your swim team, checking in 08/01/2019 and checking out 08/04/2019.

• You need to book their rooms online at www.twinpeakslodging.com.
• Click the “Book Now” button
• Enter the dates of their stay
• In the “Group ID” box they will need to enter their group ID of 24161
• Click “Check Now”
• You will see all the rooms still available in the block and you can book their reservations from there.
• You CANNOT call Twin Peaks to book these rooms, the front desk cannot see their room block.
• 30 days prior (07/02/2019) the group block will be released so any rooms being held that do not have a reservation will be opened back up for public booking.
• Because of the reduced rate, these reservation are non-changeable and non-cancelable 30 days prior to arrival.

Remember all rooms MUST be booked by July 2!  We have to release the hold on that date.
