AAG Weekly Practice Schedule:
- Monday: Team Meeting 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm. Swim 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
- Tuesday: Swim & Timed Kick Set 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
- Wednesday: Dryland 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Swim 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
- Thursday: Swim-challenge set 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
- Friday: Game 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Swim 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
- Saturday Mornings: 7:30 am to 9:30 am.
AAG Group Rate:
$175 per month
AAG Description:
This is a competitive training group designed to prepare the athletes for Senior-level training and for regional level competition. The emphasis will be to continue to reinforce the skills taught in the previous group. Continued aerobic development will be stressed, and anaerobic training will be introduced. Dryland exercises will involve strength exercises that focus on injury prevention, as well as develop endurance and overall muscle tone.
Requirements

- 10 x 100s free swim on 2:00 (meters)
- 3 x 200 IMs on 4:20 (meters)
- 10 x 50s free kick w/ board on 1:15 (meters)

12 to 14

Attendance
|
Practices are offered 6 days per week and athletes are encouraged to attend 5 practices for proper progression.

Meets
|
Athletes are expected to attend all meets recommended by their coach.
