Technique and Fitness

Technique and Fitness - a program open to those interested in improving their strokes, but in a non-competitive atmosphere.  This program is once a week for the "casual" swimmer; registrants must be between the ages of 8-14. Practices are one hour, with emphasis on proper stroke technique as well as some endurance training, plus a bit of FUN thrown in!

Practices are held on Sundays, 12:00-1:00 p.m.
