Coach Erika

Erika has been coaching with RMSC since the 2014/2015 swimming season. A former swimmer herself, Erika swam competitively, with both age group and varsity swim clubs. When Erika isn't coaching Masters, she works as an exercise physiologist at the First Steps Wellness Centre in Regina. She also coaches age group swimmers with the Flatland Swim Club. Erika is an avid traveler and has visited Australia, Brazil, Peru and many countries throughout Europe, just to name a few.
"My favourite part about coaching Masters swimming is the variety of ages and abilities. Also, I coach because of the sheer enjoyment of the sport."

Coach Jason

2019 will be Jason’s 11th year of coaching with RMSC. Upon moving from England to Canada in 2003, Jason coached the Regina Dolphins Swim Club for 12 years, as well as the YMCA Marlins for 3 years. He started coaching Masters in 2007 but took a one year hiatus in 2016 to coach the U of R Cougar Swim Team. Currently, Jason helps coach the Armada and Sask Water Polo teams and also teaches swimming to the Regina Synchro Team..
Jason swam competitively in the UK throughout the 1980's, where he focused mostly on IM and middle distance events.
Jason is also a full time student having recently gone back to School to study for a degree in Elementary education
