Bootcamp: Join us for a class that promises to get your heart rate up with abdominal work, weighted balls, and body exercises with the added challenge of balancing on the board. This workout will make you feel liberated and alive.

Monday 9:00 AM

Gentle:  Join us for a gentle, slow-moving and nourishing class that seeks to cultivate inner balance and restoration from stress and over-stimulation.  The class is just under an hour, with a 10 minute set up and anchoring of the boards.

Monday 10:00 AM

Power:  Join us for a more vigorous, fitness based  class, focusing on strength, stamina and balance. The class is just under an hour, with a 10 minute set up and anchoring of the boards.

Tuesday 7:30 PM

Boot Camp/Gentle:  Join us for a class that promises to get your heart rate up with abdominal work, weighted balls, and body exercises with the added challenge of balancing on the board. This workout will make you feel liberated and alive. We will end with a brief meditation and slow moving yoga poses. The class is just under an hour, with a 10 minute set up and anchoring of the boards.
