Billing Information for Redmond & Kirkland

Automatic payments are set up using your credit card at the time of registration. Automatic billing is only processed on the 1st business day of each month. For example, in order for your credit card payment for the month of June to run automatically, your billing information must be current prior to June 1st.


To update your credit card on file:


>>Log in to waveswimschool.com
>>Select Setup Auto Pay under the My Account tab on the right side of the page


To view invoices and make a payment on your account:


>>Log in to waveswimschool.com
>>Select $My Invoice/Payment under the My Account tab on the right side of the page
>>Select the Make Payment tab at the top


You can edit your credit card information at any time. If you update your account information before the last day of the month, it will clear for the current invoice. If it is updated after the last day of the month, your account will be set up to pay automatically for the following month's invoice.


You will receive monthly invoices outlining what your credit card or bank has been debited for, and you can review your current and past billing histories through the $ My Invoice/Payment under the My Account tab on the right side of the page.


**Please maintain an active email address that you frequently access, as there will be frequent communications both for billing and other team functions. You may also input up to 2 additional email addresses.

Discontinuing Swim Lessons
 

If you are interested in discontinuing your child’s swim lessons, please note:


⦁    Accounts can only be suspended for whole months at a time. For example, you may discontinue lessons on June 1st or July 1st, but not June 15th.


​Please email an administrator at your location at least 10 days prior to the end of the month in order to suspend your account for the 1st of the following month forward.


⦁    We are unable to prorate your account for being unable to attend a whole month of lessons. For example, if you are going on vacation for 2 weeks in July, you may choose to suspend your account for all of July or choose to pay for the whole month to hold your child’s spot in his/her class for when you return.


When you choose to suspend your account, your child will be removed from his/her class.
