Head Coach Madi
Hello! My name is Madison Sayler-Tait or Coach Madi for short. I was on the Dolphins for 12 years before moving to Toronto, Canada for university, and was an assistant coach my junior year of high school. But let’s get to the interesting bits! My favourite ice cream flavour is lavender, my best stroke is butterfly, and I can pole vault over all of you (unless you’re somehow 11 feet tall). Alyssa Blodgett and I also happen to be professional land synchronized swimmers! Can’t wait to see you all!
My name is Alyssa and not only is this my 13th year on the Dolphins, I am also a Dolphin senior! I am beyond excited to return for my third year as a coach. After seven years of year-round swimming, I am well-versed in swimming technique and racing advice, but specialize in breaststroke and breaking records! Most importantly, I always emphasize fun — in and out of the pool — and team spirit. Along with coaching and swimming, I have been a lifeguard at the Cabana Club for two years and love baking, playing the ukulele, and doing yoga!
My name is Caroline Beaulieu, I swam for the dolphins for 12 years, spending those years as a little buddy, big buddy, volunteer coach, and then a lifeguard! After spending 4 years on my high school’s varsity swim and dive teams, I now attend Oregon State University and am a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, but I still love to swim a few days a week! I absolutely can’t wait to be back and coaching the Dolphins!
Hi, my name is Daryl and I have been on the Dolphins for 9 years! This is my first year coaching, but I have been a Junior Coach for a couple of years before. I have also been swimming year-round with Quicksilver Swimming for around 8 years. I played High School water polo for 2 years and have swam for High School for 3 years. I am really looking forward to this season!
Hi there! My name is Madison Scott and I’ve been on the Dolphins for 12 years! This will be my second season coaching this amazing team. Along with swimming and coaching for the cabana club I also swim year round for Quicksilver and for Lelands Varsity swim team. Along with swimming, I spend my time competing in barrel races and riding horses. And of course like every other athlete you can always find me eating! Can’t wait to see my dolphin family this season!!
Hi Dolphins! My name is McKenna Iversen and I will be one of your assistant coaches this season! This year will be my 12th year as a Dolphin and my 2nd season coaching. I previously swam for the year round team South Bay for about 3 years. I have also swam for Leland High School swim for 2 years and for Leland's water polo team for 1 year. While I'm not on the pool deck I love to be out in nature, from hiking, going to the beach, camping and much more. I also really enjoy volunteering wherever I can, especially when it involves the medical field. I can't wait to see you all once the season starts!
I've been part of the Dolphin family for 12 years, since I was 5 years old. This will be my second year coaching for the Dolphins since we were unfortunately unable to have a season last year. I currently play water polo and swim for Leland's varsity teams and I also lifeguard at the Almaden Cabana Club! When I'm not in the pool or on the pool deck, I love to read and make all types of art. I am so grateful to be part of this amazing Dolphins community!
