Pause video to read the definitions of each training system. Do not do ladder climbing for any sort of athletic training. On the video, the EN1 is done on the Willamette. I wanted the splashing of the water against the paddle board, so it is a little loud and maybe hard to hear.
Nov/Jr.1B/Jr.1A - This is training for much later in your swimming. There are some fun sections you might enjoy. Your parents might find it helpful in their training.
Jr.2/Sr.Prep/Sr.1/2/3 - Energy System Training is what you are doing in practice. Preps and Sr. squads will be quizzed on your knowledge of this. Know the terms. Its important.
Masters - Think about your training and how this could expand what you do. Let me know if you have questions or comments.

Preps and Seniors will be responsible for all information on the video and be sure to watch your own footage and determine changes you need to make. The coaching staff is anxious to get back into the water. We still haven't heard a timeline from the State or City, but this is just a fun little video we put together explaining a little of what issues we will need to address once we are allowed to return to Osborn.
