USA Swimming Safe Sport Recognition Program:

RAC Parents Online Safe Sport Education each Wednesday, 3:00 – 4:00 pm Parents: We need our Parents to complete the Online Safe Sport Education course in order for RAC  to receive this recognition. Once 10% of our parents complete the course, RAC will obtain points towards recognition. Here's how you can attend: 

  • A Zoom course is offered every Wednesday for parents from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
  • Attendance is taken and entered into our club portal manually by USA Swimming Safe Sport Staff.
  • Parents can also independently complete the training sessions using the USA Swimming LEARN platform visit
  • Click “Register” --> Click “Create Account” in the Non-Member Access box. --> Follow the prompts to register an account. --> Click “Courses.” --> In Parent’s Guide to Misconduct in Sport, select “Add to Cart” ----->  Click “Checkout”. --> Enter the requested billing address information and click “Order”. [Note: the course is free] --> Click “Dashboard”. --> Select the Parent’s Guide to Misconduct in Sport course to start. -------------->Complete the course using the prompts.

Protecting our young athletes is ALL of our responsibility... as coaches, volunteers, and parents.  Policies are enforceable by the National Board of Review process. Consequences for breaking a policy include, but are not limited to, revocation of membership.
