Jump right into our water aerobics classes and build cardiovascular fitness and strength. This is a one-hour class which consists a warm-up, followed by 3 fitness segments; aerobics, strength training along with a cool down that includes flexibility training. The heated pool is 4 feet deep and located indoors.
Tone and sculpt your body with no impact to your joints! This class is ideal for all fitness levels as it works your arms, back, core, "glutes" and legs. It will improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase your strength, and flexibility level.
Equipment you must bring to each class:
Pool Noodle (hollow or solid core is acceptable).
Please wear aqua shoes or any fitness sneaker that is clean and will provide traction on the bottom of the pool. Class size is limited to 14 people.
