HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password when you login you must "click" (not hit enter) on the "FORGOT PASSWORD" button where you will be prompted to enter your email account that is established with your LetSwim account. Please enter your email address and, again, you must "click" the "CONTINUE" button (not hit enter). Your new temporary password will be sent to - please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
I DONT KNOW HOW TO PICK MY CHILDS CLASS LEVEL?
To view class level descriptions go to the Class Registration page and click on Group Lessons and select the appropriate class level tabs for your child. A description of skills is described there.

WHAT AGE LEVEL CLASSES DO I PICK FOR MY CHILD, SA (School Age) OR PS (Pre-School)?
CAN I PAY IN PERSON OR SEND YOU CHECK?
Unfortunately we do not accept payment in person or by check as they often get lost or wet on the pool deck. If you need assistance paying by credit card please contact us.
WHAT IS THE NON-RESIDENT FEE?
The non-resident fee is a usage fee charged by the Homeowners Associations which enables you to take lessons in the pool. This fee does not allow you use of the pool except for during your 30 minute lesson.
WHAT IS THE SCHOOL YEAR ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE?
The annual school year registration fee is an administrative fee charge all registrants for the year around lessons (Sept - May) and is charged the first time that you register for classes during that school year.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

I AM INTERESTED IN PRIVATE LESSONS?
Prior to purchasing packages we ask that you email the instructor with the schedule you would like to have. The instructor will then call or email you if that works with their schedule. Once you determine your schedules are a fit, you should purchase the private packages.
I PURCHASED PRIVATE LESSONS BUT THE INSTRUCTOR HAS NOT CALLED?
If you have purchased private lessons your instructor should contact you within 24-48 hours from the purchase. If it has been longer than 48 hours, please send the instructor at the email provided as they may not be aware that you have made the purchase. If you still do not receive a response please call your community contact indicated on the "Contact Us"
