Practice Times

 

Practice Times:

Athletes may choose AM, PM, or both.  They can swim/dive morning one day and evening the next to fit their schedule.  The goal is to get in at least three practices per week.  This is necessary to learn the proper techniques and to build physical endurance and lung capacity.  Both swimmers and divers should be tired after practice if they have worked hard.  We understand you have vacations planned and camps to attend, and will miss some times.  Please keep us up to date on your schedule so that we can best work with your family.

 

AM Swim Practices -

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (no Tuesday mornings except 5/26 & 6/2)

  • 11 & over --- 7:30 - 9:00 
  • 10 & under  --- 9:00 - 10:00
  • Swimmers may enter the pool deck at 7:25 AM to warm up and stretch

PM Swim Practices - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

  • 10 & under --- 7:00 - 8:00
  • 11 & over --- 8:00 - 9:00  
  • We will have half of the pool from 7:00 - 8:00 and the diving well.  Please be respectful of the patrons and their needs.  We will have the full pool at 8:00.
  • ​Swimmers may enter the pool deck at 6:55 PM to warm up and stretch, but may not enter the pool until the guards blow the whistle.

AM Dive Practices Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (no Tuesday AM except 5/26)
