Swim meets could not take place without the dedication of our parents.  Being new can be overwhelming.  Please do not hesitate to contact any board member for an explanation and/or help on which positions to pick.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for helping make Mudrats the best swim team!

To receive a refund of the particiaption deposit, all Mudrat families are expected to provide adult workers for a minimum amount of meets  during the regular season AND IN ADDITION for any year-end meet (Classic and/or City) in which a swimmer is participating.  Families with swimmers in both Classic and City may be required to work at BOTH meets.

ALL workers should arrive at the meet 45 minutes prior to the start time, sign in with the Parent Participation Coordinator, and obtain a nametag.  If a worker is not present and signed in for his/her job 45 minutes prior to the beginning of the meet, the position may be assigned to someone else.

It is expected that all workers be present from 45 minutes prior to the meet start time and stay until the end of the meet if credit for working is to be received.

You can make changes up until midnight two nights before the meet.  After that time please email or call Parent Participation committee.  Click here for the Board Member page.

Please see the description of the jobs below:
