We train our athletes in all four strokes and do not believe in specializing during their age group career. We believe it is important that our athletes are confident in taking on all challenges in all events that are offered in the pool from 50 Free to 1500 Free,100 IM to 400 IM. Our athletes and families are part of the PAQ for life.
