Regional/Championship Qualifiers will continue until their respective meets. 

Swimmers are expected to be ready to get in the pool at the start time of practice. Any changes to the above schedule will be communicated by team unify email. Practice times are subject to change.

*Altered practices due to Holidays, HS Swim Meets, etc., will be announced via email and can also be found on the Calendar Tab.

DL = Optional Dryland for serious competitors from 8am-9:00am. Swimmers will have 15 minutes to change after the water portion of practice for 45 minutes of dry land exercises. Swimmers should be prepared with work out clothes, gym shoes and water bottle

Afternoon practices in the summer will be technique and sprint focused.
