The Clinton Cudas Swim Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Clinton Cudas to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.


 

           Red Level - 2 days   T  TH     2 groups 6:15 to 7:00 pm and 7:00-8:00 pm

          Focus on skill development and technique in strokes, starts and turns.

          Speed is not the focus.


          


         WHITE Level - 2 days   T  TH     6:30 PM to 7:45 PM

          Focus on skill development and technique in strokes, starts and turns.

          Speed is not the focus.

 

         Grey  Level - 2 days   M  W  F     6:30 PM to 7:45 PM

          Focus on skill development and technique in strokes, starts and turns.  Swimmers will also begin developing  endurance.

          Speed is not the focus.


          BLUE  Level - 4 days     M  W H F    6:30 PM to 8:00PM

          Focus on skill development and technique in strokes, starts and turns.

          Speed is not the focus. 


          BLACK  Level – 5 days      M - F    6:15 PM to 8:00 PM

          Continued focus on skill development and endurance (technique first, speed later). 

          Basic interval training/aerobic conditioning. 


          SENIOR  Level – 6 days     M - F  6:15 PM to 8:15 PM , Sat. TBA 

          Swimmers should be ready to make a greater time commitment and handle a heavier practice load. 

          Positive attitude and willingness to work hard are required.
