Training groups

Sedona Swim Team offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels.

The goal of the Swordfish is to offer age specific training geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

The Swordfish swim outdoor year round competing in both Long Course and Short Course seasons.

The Team structures the training schedule by skill group to encourage maximum swimmer retention.  Long Course Season is during our warm Summer and Fall swim sessions and is geared to the developing young swimmers and our advanced and Senior swimmers.  Short Course Season is during our colder Winter and Spring sessions and is geared to our advanced and Senior swimmers.

Each session is staffed and designed to develop swimmers in the appropriate learning environment that is safe and encourages swimming success.
