Novice Group
Entrance into this group requires swimmers to swim a minimum of 12 yards of recognizable Front Crawl stroke and 12 yards of recognizable Back Crawl stroke, without assistance. Athletes in this group are basically Novice swimmers learning the proper technique for all four competitive strokes, starts and turns through educational drills, skill practice and FUN!

Silver Group
Athletes entering and participating in this group must consistently display a desire to learn and train on a more committed basis. Competition at swim meets is expected in this group. Physical Training and focused technique work are combined in this group. The training sessions in this group with introduce the swimmer to the aspects of physical and mental toughness being needed for training sessions. The goal of the Silver group training is to combine physical and mental focus with determination to reach higher goals throughout the season.

Blue Group
Athletes entering and participating in, the Blue group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Training is geared towards individual talents, although a strong aerobic endurance factor is present. Being a Blue group athletes requires physical and mental toughness to be combined with self discipline, to produce training sessions that are beneficial to achieving individual and team goals. Athletes in the Blue group are directed towards making their Seasonal State / Long Course State Qualifications. In this group sets can include upwards of 5,000+ yards per training session.
