Registration Guide

Welcome to BAT 2020!

 

Register in three steps.  

  1. Register Online-  See registration guide below to help you through the process of using out online registration system.
  2. Pay Fee- Credit Card online or Check
  3. Bring/Send- Contract to first swim/ send copy of Birth Certificate to Sara (new swimmers)

**All new swimmers MUST have a copy of their birth certificate to the Manager before the season begins.  Your child is not fully registered (and unable to swim) until this is received, e-mail a scanned copy to: saraberglund@yahoo.com 

**ALL families must print out the contract on the registration page, sign it, and bring it to practice.**

There are 3 sets of directions below:  

1. To add a new swimmer to a returning family account.  

2. To register returning swimmers.  

3. New BAT families wishing to register their swimmer(s).

Fees:

For the current fee structure - please see the fee structure tab.  The most efficient payment method for immediate processing and approval is to pay with secure credit card processing.  There is no additional fee for this service!  If you choose to pay by check, insert your swimmers name on memo line.

 

**To add a new swimmer to a returning family account. **

1.  Sign in

2.  Click on the "My Account" tab

3.  Scroll down and click on "Add New Member"

 

4.  Fill in all fields marked with a *.  For the "Billing Group" - select Swim Team.  For "Member Status" - select Suspended.

5.  Follow steps 2-8 for registering returning swimmers.

 

** To register all returning swimmers **

1.  Sign in

2.  From the "Home" tab, click on "Online Registration"

3. Click on "Register Now"

4.  Select an option and click next

5.  Re-confirm your Billing Account information.  Make any changes needed, then click "Next"

6.  Account members - this is a list of all members on your account.  If you would like to register them for the current swim season, click "yes" on the drop down menu.  All fields with a * must be filled in.  To choose a group for the member, click on "Select" and a list will open up.

Choose the correct group according to the age of the swimmer and click "Register the Member to the Selected Group".  Continue with all swimmers you wish to register.

7.  Confirm all swimmers to be registered and then choose your method of payment.

8.  If you are paying by credit card:  Click the check boxes on the Medical Release and Liability Waivers.  Confirm athlete(s) to be registered, enter credit card information then click "Pay and Submit the Registration".  There is no additional fee to pay through this secure process.

If you are paying by check:  Click the check boxes on the Medical Release and Liability Waivers.  Confirm athlete(s) to be registered.  Copy down payment information.  Click "Register and Pay by Check".   Make sure to write your swimmer's name on the memo line.

 

 

** Registration for new to BAT families **

1.  Click on the "Online Registration" tab

2.  Click on "Register Now"

3.  Select an option, enter your e-mail address and click "Next"

4.  Establish a Billing Account by filling in all required fields.  Then click "Next".

5.  Fill in the information to Register a New Member with the Team.  To choose a group for the member, click on select and a list will open up.

Choose the correct group according to the age of the swimmer and click "Register the Member to the Selected Group".

6.  Confirm your swimmer to register.  Select your method of payment.

7.  If you are paying by credit card:  Click the check boxes on the Medical Release and Liability Waivers.  Confirm athlete(s) to be registered,enter credit card information then click "Pay and Submit the Registration".  This will go through our secure site.

If you are paying by check:  Click the check boxes on the Medical Release and Liability Waivers.  Confirm athlete(s) to be registered.  Copy down payment information.  Click "Register and Pay by Check."    Make sure to write your swimmer's name on the memo line.

-Once your account is processed, we will send you an e-mail so you can log-in to the system.

**Make sure to send in a copy of your child's Birth Certificate**
