GROUP DESCRIPTIONS

The Fox Swim Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Fox Swimming to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each stroke to the best of their abilities.  All swimmers are expected to participate in competitions in order for coaches to evaluate progress.

Please call us at 240-529-5774 to schedule a free two week trial period, or Click Here to send us an email request for more information.  In addition to the groups below, we will be offering a High School Swimming Preparatory Program.  Please send us an email or give us a call for further details.
