How practices work: Practice is broken down into 2 hours. Swimmers 8 and under will swim for the first hour, 9 and older will swim the second hour. Each practice will start with 10-15 minutes of "dryland"- stretches and land exercises. There is no need to arrive more than 15 minutes before your swimmer's designated time.
Please bring these documents filled out completely and signed to the first practice.Your child will not be allowed to swim until they are all filled out.
