Welcome to the Stingrays Competitive/Non-Competitive Program.

Here we have highlighted the key points of our program. For any program questions, please feel free to contact us by using the contact us link to discuss your child’s needs.

  • Natural progression from the "Junior Stingray Program" and Red Cross Lessons.

  • Excellent Coach : Swimmer ratio

  • Optimum number of swimmers per lane to allow for an individual’s personal development.

  • Swimmers are encouraged to compete and will receive coaching that will give them the aptitude to succeed at Local, Provincial and National level.

  • Generally swimmers are grouped into training groups (see training schedule), however customized programs may be available. Consult with club for options.

  • Training programs are designed in compliance with the Swim Alberta Long Term Athlete Development recommendations.

  • Swimming takes place in the Lap Pool at Millennium Place.

Due to the high demand for our program early registration is highly recommended
