Team Suits There are no official team suits; wear any blue and/or black suit.  Choose your own adventure!

Parent Meeting - - Friday, May 18th at 6:00 PM - Meet on the pool deck with team parent reps volunteers to hear more details about the swim season and ask questions.  Pizza party to follow!

Meet the Coaches Pool Party -  May 24th at 6:00 PM - in lieu of regular practice, swimmers and their families are welcome to come any time within the two hours for some pool games and informal meet and greet with our coaches and other swim team families. 4:15-5:15 PM (ages 13-18) practice will still take place, but all other age groups will not have formal practice.

Inter-Squad Meet and Team Picnic – Saturday June 23rd, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM -  This is a terrific way to introduce new swimmers (and returning ones) to the flow of a meet without the stress of a real meet, and build up our team spirit!  We'll end the meet with a  potluck brunch/picnic.

Meet Sign-ups – Please take a moment to mark your swimmers status for all the meets for the season. You must be signed in to do this.  Go to Home page, then click on the red Team Meets & Events button.  For each meet listed, click on "edit commitment" and select either "yes" or "no" for each of your swimmers. Only swimmers marked "yes" will be entered in that meet. Remember to change their status if it changed throughout the season.

Picture Day and Pancake Breakfast – July 11th at 8:30 AM - Team and individual pictures will be taken at the pool, and there will be no practice. The team photo will be taken at 9:00 AM.  Individual photos will be at 8:30 AM.  Then we will carb up on pancakes!  Delish.

All City Swim Meet – Tuesday August 7th at 4:00 at Olympic View.

Team BanquetWednesday, August 8th, 6pm at Lakeridge.  A wonderful end-of-season tradition. Please bring a potluck item to share.

Please look under the Practice & Meet Schedule tab for a complete list of dates, times and locations for all our meets this season.

Parents -

We are asking all swim team parents to support the team by volunteering.  We will again ask for ‘volunteer’ commitments from each family to help out with the team. This requirement can be met by helping out at concessions (several shifts are available each meet in addition to shopping, set up and clean up), timing, coordinating the pancake breakfast, swim-a-thon, etc.  Signup for volunteer opportunities is online under each meet (same way you signup your swimmer), click on the Job Signup button under each home meet.   Each family will be required to volunteer several times throughout the swim season.…. it's the only way we can ensure our team's success and our collective sanity.
