What do I need to know before I register?

MULTIPLE SWIMMERS:  Please register ALL swimmers in your family at one time to receive our Multi-Swimmer discounts.  If adding additional swimmer(s) mid-season, please contact Winnie Comfort to discuss your options.

LOGIN ACCESS & JOBS SIGN UP:  Please note, that after completing registration it may take up to 24 HOURS for your LOGIN and PASSWORD to be activated.  LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS will be sent by email within 24 hours so that you may then SIGN UP for jobs beginning February 21, 2017. 

The system cannot verify my login email or password.

If you already completed your registration and received a confirmation email but the site won't recognize your username/password, your account may not yet be activated.  For the security of our new online site, all new registrations must be individually activated by our swift Stingrays Support crew to make sure you aren't a "spam-bot" or other imposter.  We appreciate your patience as it may take up to 24 hours for us to activate your account.  When your account is ACTIVE, you will receive an EMAIL with LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS.

The system cannot find my registration.

If you are trying to "Check On My Registration" and the system shows an error "The system cannot find any registration records associated with your account", you may be in the wrong registration.  We have both member and guest Team Registrations.  Rolling Hills Club child members should be registered as "members" and you can reach the "member" Team Registration by clicking the GREEN button on the main Team Registration for guest swimmers of the club. 

If you are certain you are in the right registration, it may be that your first registration did not go thru.  Please contact Winnie Comfort.

How many jobs do I need to fulfill?

The numbers listed below are the minimum job requirement. You may be asked to fill additional jobs if needed. NOTE:  These jobs DO NOT include parent commitments at the MSL All Stars or MSL Championship meets. If your swimmer participates in "Champs" you will be required to also work at Champs.

*If you miss a job, a strict “no show” penalty of $100 per job missed will be assessed and charged to your Stingrays account.

How do I sign up for my jobs?

You may sign up for you jobs by signing into your account. Click on the Events Tab. Under the Events Tab is the Current & Upcoming Tab that you should be on. Under the Event Category click and search "ALL". Find a date/event/meet that fits your schedule. It will have a "Job signup" button under the calendar. Click on this button and it will take you to the job signup page for the date and event you selected. When you are on the Event Job Signup page, the job description is on the left side and the time and availability slots are on the right side. If there is a "box", the job is open and you fill in your information. Save your job by clicking on the Signup button at the bottom of the page.

How do I see the jobs for which I have already signed up?

You may access a report of your jobs by visiting EVENTS > Select the "Reports" tab > Select the "Jobs SignUp Report for My Account".  You may choose a date range and search for your jobs.

How do I edit the jobs for which I have already signed up?

You may edit your jobs sign ups by contacting the Parent Job Coordinator.
