Swim Lessons

PROGRAM UPDATE as of February 8, 2021

Hello Wolfpack Swim School,

With the start of 2021, the Wolfpack is hopeful we are headed towards a new normal with more opportunity to open up programs. In January the state and IL swimming LLC lifted their restrictions that were preventing programs from having organized group swim, even at reduced numbers. The club team has been successful in their return to the water and we have not seen any exposure or cases as a result of our program activities. We remain committed to the safety of our swimmers, instructors, and their families and continue to practice social distancing, mask wearing at all time not in the water, and cleaning of the facility to the best of our ability.

The UIC swim team, where are team of instructors compete has just held it's first virtual meet, the Red and Blue intrasquad meet. UIC is also committed to the safety of it's athletes and ensuring their health in order to compete in competition. The Wolfpack Swim School is working with the instructors to determine what is the safest plan to bring back lessons to UIC and still allow for the college swimmers to teach. Having the instructors be active members of the swimming world is an important component of what sets our program apart from others. Our instructors take pride in be a mentor to younger swimmers and having an opportunity to give back to the sport that has given so much to them. For our lesson swimmers we want them to continue to have that role model working with them to show them how far hard work and dedication to trying can take you.

Thank you for your continued patience as we navigate this crazy time. As a parent I share your frustration and eagerness for “normal” again. As a nursing student and business owner, I do appreciate the need for cautious progression to ensure ongoing improvement for public health and safety for all involved in our program.

Stay safe and well Pack!

Welcome to the

Wolfpack Swim School

We are not your average lesson program! Does your swimmer have goals of swimming competitively with a USA Club Swim Team? This program will help get them there.

The Wolfpack Swim School is designed like no other program your swimmer has been in. Our goal is to develop sound swimmers who, at the end of the program, are prepared to be accepted to a highly competitive club swim team. Our curriculum begins with the basics and slowly builds with each level. Breaking down the stroke into focus areas over a couple levels allows swimmers to learn and develop at their own speed. Level placement is not based on age, but on skill. Our knowledgeable instructors are competitive swimmers who have the personal experiences to help prepare your swimmer from a future in this great sport.
