Practice Schedule

2021 Practice Schedule: 

Please always refer to the calendar for the most up to date schedule.  

 

Here is what each swimmer should bring with them:  goggles, fins, kickboards (if they have them), water bottle, towel and mask.

Starting the week of Monday 21st June, practice changes to mornings 5 days a week , and alternates each week between the A. schedule and the B. schedule. 

Monday 21st June through Friday 25th June - schedule A

A. schedule 
7.15 - 8.00am age 7 through 10 yrs old
8.00 - 8.30am age 6 and under
8.30 - 9.15am age 11 and older
evening practice Monday and Wednesday from 8 to 8:45pm for camp goers and athletes working in the mornings. Has to be pre-approved by Coach Manon. Call or text 757.438.0338 

Monday 28th June through Friday 2nd July - schedule B

B. schedule
7.15 - 8.00am age 11 and older
8.00 - 8.30am age 6 and under
8.30 - 9.15am age 7 through 10 yrs old

Monday 5th July through Friday 9th July - schedule A

Monday 12th July through Friday 16th July - schedule B

Monday 19th July through Friday 23rd July - schedule A

Monday 26th July through Friday 30th July - morning practice for divisional swimmers only

Monday 2nd August through Friday 5th August - morning practice for divisional swimmers only
