Born in the U.S. Navy SEALS, Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight excercise. Swimmers will safely perform exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.
In swimming a strong core is key to sucesess. Core Works is our athlete's connection to true abdominal strength and true core strength. A use of special combinations and unique sequence of movements to the rhythm of upbeat music makes it a fun way for our swimmers to train.
Total Functional Training. This motivational class will use functional training techniques in a fundamental circuit. We use plyometric boxes, balance beams, monkey bars, heavy ropes, suspension trainers, push/pull sleds, and much more, to train our athletes how to explode in the water!
