Greetings High School Swimmers!!
It's time to start thinking about getting in shape for your upcoming high school season.
Come up to the East Bay Bat Rays Swim Team for a 1-hour work out packed with a progressive training program focusing on aerobic conditioning as well speed and anaerobic training. Skills such as dives, turns, finishes, underwater work and leg drive will be discussed and practiced. Training, nutrition, goal setting, sportsmanship and other best practices will be taught as well.
