Hopefully this website is intuitive for you to use. Much detailed information can be found in categorized tabs at the top of the webpage. There is also a swimmer handbook located under documents that will provide you with a lot of information about our swim team and how things work. You must be logged in to see all of the tabs and to sign up for volunteer shifts and meets. Many items are hidden to protect your privacy. 

Q: I can't see something on the website?

A: Make sure that you are logged into the site.

Q: How do I register my swimmer for swim team?

A:

  •  Click on the start registration tab located either on the right hand side of the picture with the cart icon or on the left hand side of the page above the fox logo.
  • If you are a returning swimmer login using your existing email and password. It will give you a prompt to reset your password if you have forgotten it. You can update your email during the registration process if you need to. We have no way to merge accounts, so please make sure you sign in with the email you used last year.
  • If you are new to the team enter your email address and create a password. The registration wizard will walk you through the rest of the registration process.

Q: How do I order gear?

A: Your free team t-shirt was ordered as part of your registration process. If you would like to order additional gear, click on the link to our team store. You can order gear there and we will deliver to you at ice cream social.  In Addition Swim N Things is available for personal fittings and discounts for additional gear.

Q: How do I contact the coaches, parent rep, volunteer coordinator or team unify administrator?

A: Login and click on the members icon on the very top of the webpage. Here you can search by name. You can also click the contact us tab on the left side of the page to contact the parent reps.

Q: How can I find contact information for other members on the swim team?

A: You must be logged in. If they selected to participate in the member search feature when they registered you will be able to access their contact information on the small member icon located on the very top of the webpage. 

Q: How do I sign my child up for meets?

A: You must declare your child for meets no later than Tuesday night prior to the meet. 

  • Make sure that you are logged in. 
  •  Click on the meet and even sign up button on the right hand side of the pictures.
  • Find the listed meet that you want to sign up for.
  • Click on the attend/decline of sign up button.
  • Click on the name of the child you wish to declare.
  • From the drop down declaration menu select yes or no.
  • If you select yes, list in the notes portion if your child is not available or does not want to swim relays. If you do not say that your child is unavailable or does not want to swim relays we expect them to be there. PLEASE ONLY LEAVE A NOTE IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RELAYS. 
  •  Next click on the box (up to 3) to the left of the best time column for the 3 individual events that your child would like to swim in the meet. You can also only select 1 or 2 events if your child does not want to swim three events. REMEMBER THIS IS WHAT YOUR CHILD IS REQUESTING, COACHES MAY MAKE CHANGES AS THEY SEE FIT. Click save changes.   
  • If you select no, click save changes and you are finished. Your child will not be entered to swim in this meet.
  • You will need to repeat the above steps for each child!

Q: What do I do if my child will not be at a meet?

A:

  •  Make sure that you are logged in. 
  •  Click on the meet and even sign up button on the right hand side of the pictures.
  • Find the listed meet that you want to sign up for.
  • Click on the attend/decline of sign up button.

  • If you select no, click save changes and you are finished. Your child will not be entered to swim in this meet.

Q: I had my child signed up to attend a meet, but they can no longer attend?

A: Please let us know as soon as possible if you child can no longer attend. If you know this prior to the Tuesday night before the meet you can change your commitment in team unify by following the steps below. If it is past Tuesday night prior to the meet please contact the head coach AND the team unify administrator through the small coaches icon on the top of the website. 

  • Click on meet and event sign up on the right hand side of the pictures.
  • Find the meet that you can no longer attend and click on edit commitment.
  • Click on the name (s) of the child(ren) that you need to change.
  • Change declaration from yes to no.
  • Save changes
  • You will need to do the above steps for each child no longer attending. 

Q: My child wants to swim different events than they signed up for?

If it is prior to the Tuesday night before the meet you can change their selection by following the steps below. If it is after the Tuesday night prior to the meet, changes can not be made to their requested events. 

  • Make sure you are signed in
  • Click meet and event sign up
  • Click on the edit commitment button under the meet that you would like to change.
  • Click on the swimmer's name.
  • Deselect the events your swimmer does not want to swim and select the events your swimmer does want to swim up to a maximum of 3 events. 
  • Click save changes. 
  • You must do the above steps for each child wishing to make changes. 

Q: Where to I find the meet programs, meet results, and directions to the meets?

A: Make sure you are signed in. Click on the meet tab at the top of the website. Select the information you are looking for from the drop down items. Please note that we post the programs and results as soon as we have them, but we are often waiting on files and information from other teams. It is not unusual for meet programs to not be posted until late Friday night. 

Q: How do I sign up for my volunteer shifts?

A: 

  •  Make sure you are signed in.
  • Job sign ups for the season will open on May 19 at 4:00 p.m.  Remember the deadline for all volunteer shifts will be June 1 at midnight.  These will be your commitment for the season and it is your responsibility to find your own replacement.  In the event of an emergency, please contact a Parent Rep.
  • Click on the volunteer sign up tab on the right hand side next to the picture (the sign up can also be accessed through the meet sign up tab).
  • Click on Job Signup.
  • If you have been selected to be  a committee chair click on the committee chair sign up. This will count for all 12 volunteer points and you can retain this position from year to year until you decide to give it up. 
  1. click the box to the right of the committee you are chairing.  
  2. Click the green signup button at the bottom of the page.
  3. Please provide the name and phone number of the person chairing the committee. 
  • To sign up for shifts at individual meets click on the meet that your are interested in volunteering for. 
  • Click the box to the right of the Job description for the time period that you are interested in working .
  • Click the green signup button at the bottom of the page.
  • Please provide the name and a phone number for the person who will be working the shift. 
  • Click the sign up button

Q: I can no longer work the volunteer shift I sign up for?

A: You can not make changes after June 2. If you have an emergency after that time, please contact the volunteer coordinator or a Parent Rep.

Q: How do I sign up for social events that require an RSVP?

A: 

  • Make sure you are signed in. 
  • Click on the meet and event sign up button to the right of the pictures.
  • Click on the attend/decline button under the event that you are providing an RSVP for.
  • Click on the swimmer's name.
  • Next to declaration, select Yes or No from the drop down menu.
  • Click save changes.
  • You will need to do this for each child
  • You can make changes to your declaration up until the deadline by following the above steps.

Q: How do I know when meets, practices, team events, and social events are taking place?

Make sure that you are signed in. Click on the team calendar button to the right of the pictures. You can also find much of this information on the important dates page located under documents.

Q: How can I update my account?

A:

  • Make sure that you are signed in.
  • Click on My account on the left hand side of the page. 
  • Click on my account.
  • From here you can update, add, or change information. Make sure you click on save account changes.

Q: How can I find my child's meet results?

A: You can find the meet results by clicking on meets tab on the top of the website. You can also view current and historical results for your children in your account, to do this, follow the steps below:

  • Make sure you are signed in.
  • Click on my account.
  • Click on my meet results
  • From here you can apply various filters and search for times for your children.
