Fundraising

Fundraising Commitment

CAC relies on fundraising for a substantial portion of its operating budget. Membership fees and tuition do not pay the entire cost of swimming with CAC. ALL swimmers are required to participate in our annual fundraiser. The minimum pledge for the 2019-2020 season is $350 per family. CAC welcomes any additional fundraising assistance to help fund program needs.  
 
Payment Options: 

- Prepay during registration 

- Two installments of $175.00 (December 1st, 2019 and August 1st, 2020) 
 
How to meet your fundraising commitment: 

- Meet donation upon presentation of the receipt: When CAC hosts a meet, every donation will go towards your fundraising commitment. 

- Our traditional CAC Swim-A-Thon will be held in the fall as an opportunity for swimmers to participate in a fun event and raise money toward their fundraising requirement. Prior to the Swim-A-Thon, an announcement will be made regarding specific items that will be purchased with fundraising dollars and how these items benefit swimmers and the future of the program.

-Various team fundraising activities will be offered throughout the season to offer families an opportunity to meet or exceed their fundraising commitment.  
 
 If your swimmer leaves the team between October and December, 2019 you are responsible for half of your fundraising commitment ($175.00). If your swimmer leaves the team after January, 2020 you will be responsible for the full amount of your fundraising commitment ($350.00)
