Cameron began coaching for BAC in April 2017 after getting his first head-coaching job. Cameron’s first coaching experience came for the Stonebridge Summer League Swim Team back in the summer of 2010. After graduating from college in May of 2015, he moved down to Lafayette to be the Senior Assistant Coach under Colleen Barczyk at the City Of Lafayette Aquatics for two years. Brandao has coached a wide range of swimmers but mostly elite swimmers from ages 13 to 18.
Brandao began as a summer league swimmer at the age of 8 and then started swimming for the City Of Shreveport Swim Team under Butch Jordan. After graduating from high school in 2011, Brandao attended and swam for Centenary College of Louisiana from 2011 to 2015. He graduated in 2015 with a degree in Biology.
When Cameron isn’t at work, he enjoys playing basketball and disk golf. Other interests include Game of Thrones and LSU Football.
Brandao primarily works with the Senior and Pre-Senior groups along with Ruston, Choudrant, and Cedar Creek High Schools.
Payton began coaching for BAC as a Louisiana Tech student in June of 2010. In 2013 Payton graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech in Speech / Theatre. Payton's swimming experience began when she was 5 on the LCATS swim team in 1996 and she continued to swim through high school for Pineville where she graduated in 2009.
Payton is married to Kyle Carnahan, and they welcomed their first child, Kegan, in December of 2015. Payton's favorite foods are crawfish and ice-cream and her favorite travel destination is Australia. Her favorite non-work activity is taking her son and her 3 dogs to the park. One interesting fact about Payton is that she used to dance en pointe.
Payton is the Lead Coach for the Age Group swimmers. Payton works with age group, developmental, and dog paddler groups. Payton is the Administrative Coordinator and Business Manager for the team.
Jordan began coaching in May of 2013. Jordan attended West Monroe High school and graduated in 2013. She currently attends school at Louisiana Tech studying biomedical engineering with a concentration in mechanical engineering. Jordan’s swim experience began when she was on the Indian Aquatic Swim team in 2003. She stayed on the IAC swim team until she joined BAC at the end of 2009 and swam for them for years before she started coaching. She also swam for the West Monroe High School swim team for four years.
Jordan enjoys Mexican food and ice cream. Her favorite travel destination is Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Her favorite out of work activities include walking her dog (Jersey), hanging out with friends, and playing video games. One interesting about Jordan is that she was able to open Disney's Animal kingdom as a guest.
Jordan is the lead coach for dog paddlers and developmental. Jordan works with age group, developmental, and dog paddler groups.
Meghan started working for BAC in November 2015. She was introduced to swimming when she was in middle school and started swimming competitively year-round in 8th grade and retired after a shoulder injury her Junior year of high school.
Meghan is a Kinesiology Major here at Louisiana Tech. When she is not busy doing school or coaching she enjoys hiking, exercising, exploring and enjoying interesting coffee shops. She one-day hopes to travel and explore in Europe, particularly Germany. Her favorite famous swimming is Missy Franklin.
Meghan primarily coaches the Senior group and leads the Senior FCA huddle.
Courtney began swimming when she was 6 on the Healthworks Hurricane summer swim team. It was not until a few years later that a USA swim team was formed in El Dorado called the CASC Racers. Court attended El Dorado High School and graduated in 2014. She signed to become a dual- scholar athlete for both swimming and cross country at Ouachita Baptist University for her first two years of college. She transferred to Louisiana Tech, working toward a degree in Health and Physical Education (K-12) for the Fall of 2016 and has been coaching BAC since December of 2016.
Court enjoys spending her time on the lake with Dayton (her dog), Skyler Canady, and family. Running, lifting weights, and binge- watching Netflix are a few of her other hobbies. She is a Pre-K Sunday school teacher at First Assembly of God in El Dorado and also works part-time at her family's business called Glenn Mechanical (also in El Dorado). Her favorite foods are chicken spaghetti and chocolate chip cookies. One interesting fact about Court is that she is the oldest of five children.
Courtney is the Lead coach for the Summer League Swimmers.
Bryan started working for BAC July of 2017. He began swimming in first grade and continued up until middle school. After taking a few years off he continued swimming in high school for The Dunham School at Crawfish Aquatics. Bryan is currently majoring in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Electrical Engineering and plans to graduate in the spring of 2019. Apart from school and work Bryan enjoys working out, water skiing, and fishing. Bryan primarily coaches the pre senior group.
Cameron began coaching for BAC as a student in May of 2017. Cameron also graduated from Ruston High School the same month. He will soon begin his time at Tech majoring in Biology, which he hopes will lead to a successful career in the dental field. Cameron's swimming experience began when he was 6 for a swim club at Squire Creek. He stopped swimming until his freshman year of high school and continued to swim throughout high school career. His team placed First in the LHSAA sanctioned Louisiana State Swim Meet 5 years in a row, 4 while Cameron was on the team.
Cameron's favorite food is Filet Mignon cooked medium rare and a good vanilla and chocolate mixed milkshake. Cameron's favorite vacation spot is Petit Jean mountain. While he is not coaching, he enjoys spending time with his close friends and playing Xbox. An interesting fact about Cameron would be that he enlisted in the Louisiana National Guard in January of 2017. His favorite famous swimmer is Missy Franklin because it is just so incredible how young she was when she competed in the Olympic Games for the first time.

Katelyn began coaching from BAC July 2017. Prior to coaching for BAC, she coached for City of Alexandria Swim Team, working with novice and junior varsity swimmers. Before becoming a coach, Katelyn swam competitively for 11 years before retiring her senior year of high school, due to an ankle injury.
Katelyn is majoring in Speech and Language Pathology, with plans to work hands on with individuals with special needs. When Katelyn is not at the pool, she enjoys working at MedCamps of Louisiana and jamming out to Taylor Swift with her dogs. Her greatest mentor and hero is her swim coach of 11 years, Wally Fall, who taught her all things swimming and many life lessons through the years. Katelyn believes that she would not be the person she is now, without her coach, who pushed her to be the best person and swimmer that she could be.
Zack is from Baton Rouge, LA where he graduated from Episcopal High School in 2013. His swimming career started at Crawfish Aquatics in swim school when he was 6 years old. He then went on to swim for Crawfish Aquatics under Coach Billy Newport during high school.
Zack is studying Construction Engineering Technology and will graduate in May of 2018. When Zack is not busy with school and working he likes to workout, get outside with his friends, and go on road trips with his girlfriend Shelby. Zack loves all food but if he had to pick a favorite food it would be sushi. Zack works with the pre-senior group.
Lauren was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and began swimming on a summer league team called Magnolia Woods at six years old. She continued to swim there all throughout middle school and worked there as a lifeguard for 4 years. She attended Dunham for high school, and swam on their team from freshman year until she graduated in 2016. Lauren also spent a summer teaching swim lessons at Crawfish Aquatics, working with mainly beginning swimmers. She returns to Louisiana Tech as sophomore in pursuit of a degree in Speech Language Pathology. Her goal is to be an SLP in hopes to help kids with special needs everyday! Besides swimming, Lauren enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her black lab. She is now an associate coach working with the Dog Paddlers and Developmental groups.
Sarah Ebarb is a clinical kinesiology major and Spanish minor here at Louisiana tech. She has been coaching here since the fall of 2016. Her swimming experience began when she was 5 years old for the City of Shreveport Swim Team (COSST). She swam for COSST until her freshmen year of high school when she went to swim for Christus Shumpert Swim Team (CSST) which is now Red River Aquatics Club (RRAC). She swam for CSST while swimming for her high school, Caddo Magnet high school. She now primarily coaches the dog paddlers and developmental groups here at BAC.
Sarah loves all things out doors including hiking, biking, kayaking and sailing. She loves eating chocolate and Mexican food but not chocolate Mexican food. She has a passion for making swimming fun and for cultivating a love for swimming in young swimmers hearts as was cultivated in hers as a young swimmer herself.
