Deep Water Workout
This class is a deep-water workout suitable for all levels of fitness and designed to challenge both the cardiovascular and muscular systems. The workouts include water walking, water jogging and invigorating non-impact deep-water exercises in the deep end of pool. Basic swimming skills are needed. Exercise equipment is provided.

Boot Camp - This intense class is designed for those who wish to obtain a full cardiovascular workout, while using the natural resistance of the water to help increase strength, power, endurance, and range of motion.
