Fall Swimming starts Tuesday, September 12th

In an effort to begin preparing for next year, we are hoping for as many swimmers as possible continue their swimming education by participating in the Fall Program. It is a great way to continue the improvements that your swimmers made over the summer and enhance their muscle memory.  The smaller groups and more relaxed environment is also a good introduction to competitive swimming for kids who haven't participated on swim team in the past, but are interested in seeing what it's like.  

The Fall Program practices will have a strong focus on proper technique, but will also work on building endurance and swimming longer distances. Athletes who wish to compete in USA Swimming meets may register Unattached with USA Swimming for an additional $45. Entry into each meet is an additional cost. The coaches are also working on setting up a few meets that don't require USA Swimming registration. Information about these opportunities will be released when we know more.

 The program runs from Tuesday, September 12th through November 17th. The times and days are listed below:

Practice Times: Tuesday through Friday

3:30 - 4:10           6 & Under

4:10 - 5:00            7-8's

5:00 - 6:00           9-10's

6:00 - 7:15           11 & Ups

PRACTICE ON FRIDAYS: We will combine the 9-10s and the 11 & Ups, to start at 5:00pm and conclude at 6pm.

Swimmers should attend the practice for age as of June 15, 2018 unless other arrangements are made with the coaches ahead of time. Please note that 6 & unders should be able to swim one lap of the pool with good side breathing technique. 

Program Costs (includes swim cap and t-shirt):

$350 flat fee. Come as often (Monday - Thursday) as you can.
