Amy truly believes that what you put into your body affects all aspects of your life - how you feel, look and go about your daily routine. Improving your eating habits will drastically change your quality of life; however, lifestyle modifications are not one size fits all, but are unique and should be tailored to each individual.
While obtaining her bachelor’s of science in dietetics from Indiana University, Amy worked as a high school swim coach which cultivated her passion for teaching, motivating and supporting individuals to achieve their goals. Amy uses a compassionate coaching approach to her nutrition counseling and believes all individuals can reach their full potential with proper nutrition and diet modifications that can be easily sustained throughout a lifetime. Her aspiration is to help clients find their balance and live the energetic healthy life they deserve. After all, healthy, balanced eating should be enjoyable, satisfying and delicious!
Amy also holds an MBA from Dominican University. In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, running, swimming and cooking.
