Floor N’ Core: Join us every Saturday from 8:00am-9:00am for Floor N’ Core fitness. From 9:00-10:00 AM meet with Vanessa for body fat stats, weight, measurements, and loads of fitness and nutrition advice.
Just bring yourself and a bottle of water. (Mats will be provided.)
